How do I track my order?

You can track your order using our Track Your Order page. Simply enter your tracking number to view the latest updates on your shipment.

What payment methods do you accept?

We do not accept personal checks, money orders, debit-card-only payments, or cash on delivery.

We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

When is my credit card charged?

Your credit card is charged within 24 hours of placing your order.

Can I use more than one discount code at checkout?

No. Promotion and discount codes cannot be combined unless specifically stated otherwise.

What should I do if items are missing from my order?

If any item is missing, please contact us immediately and we will assist you right away.

Are there any exchange rates?

All transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD).
If your credit card uses another currency, your bank will calculate the total using the exchange rate effective on the date they process your transaction.

How do I change or cancel my order?

We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion, even after confirmation or payment authorization.

If your order is canceled after your card has been charged, we will refund the full amount to your original payment method.

Please note:

. Any cancellation after an order is placed incurs a 30% cancellation fee, regardless of how soon after it was placed. This fee covers processing charges from the payment provider.

. Orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Shipping addresses cannot be changed once the order has been processed or shipped.
Please make sure to enter your correct residential address, not a temporary or vacation address.
